The terms, in plain language.

Coaching is development. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical care.

Human Creative Coaching provides coaching services. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-looking practice focused on building capacity, clarity, and follow-through. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed mental health professional or physician.

Greg Murray is a coach. He is not a licensed psychologist, therapist, or physician, and nothing on this site or in a session should be read as clinical advice. Where CORE or our writing refers to research or to validated constructs, that describes the literature the work draws on, not a clinical service being offered.

If during our work we hear something that deserves a clinician, we will say so and help you find one. We are glad to work alongside a client's therapist or psychologist, each in our own lane, with your written permission to coordinate.

CORE is a pilot growth assessment. It is not a diagnostic instrument, a personality test, or a hiring tool, and results are read by a person as a starting point for conversation, never as a verdict.

Who we are. This site is operated by Human Creative Coaching, Los Angeles, California. Questions go to hello@humancreativecoaching.com.

Using the site. The writing, tools, and free assessment here are offered for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share links freely. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or resell the content, the CORE items, or the assessment without written permission.

The free assessment. Taking CORE is free and creates no obligation on either side. Your profile is prepared by a person and sent by email, usually within a few working days. It is a snapshot for reflection and conversation, not advice you should act on alone.

Engagements. Coaching engagements are quoted individually after the consultation and governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, schedule, fees, cancellation, and confidentiality. Nothing on this site is an offer to coach until that agreement is signed.

No guarantees. We measure honestly, which means we don't promise outcomes. Growth depends on many things we don't control, including your own participation.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Human Creative Coaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its free materials. The site is provided as is.

Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law. California law applies, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Los Angeles County.

Your answers go to one human inbox. No account, no ad tracking.

What we collect. What you type into a form: your name, email, your responses to the assessment, and any optional details you choose to add (age range, role type, prior coaching). Forms also record the time you submitted and, for the assessment, how long it took. We do not run advertising pixels or sell data.

Why. To send you what you asked for (your profile, a guide, The Human Factor), to reply when you write to us, and, only if you tick the research box, to improve the assessment. Research use is aggregated and stripped of your name and email before analysis.

Who handles it. Form submissions are delivered by an email relay service and stored in our email and a private records store. Those providers process data on our behalf and under their own security terms. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Email. The Human Factor is double opt-in: nothing goes out until you confirm. Every note has an unsubscribe link, and leaving takes one click.

Your rights. Ask and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@humancreativecoaching.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, and we honor them.

Retention. Assessment responses are kept for as long as the pilot study runs and for a reasonable period after, then deleted or fully anonymized. Correspondence is kept as long as we are working together and for our records afterward.

Cookies. This site sets none for tracking. If you drop an image into a page while editing, that lives in your own browser only.
